Melissa Flood is a Broker Associate with over 12 years as a real estate professional whose varied work and life experiences make her a tremendous asset to both Palm Valley Realty and their clients. Prior to joining Palm Valley Realty, Melissa worked along side top producing brokers at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Network Realty before deciding to work in the intimate boutique style that Palm Valley Realty is known for.

Melissa is a native of New England and has lived in Ponte Vedra Beach since 2010, which she proudly calls home. Melissa is dedicated to understanding and meeting each client’s needs and acts as a trusted advisor and friend to her clients. Having lived in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and now Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, she is committed to counseling buyers and relieving the stress of the relocation process for buyers and their families.

With 3 young boys she is well versed in the St. John’s County school system and active in the youth sports arena. Melissa and her husband John also own Wheel Innovations a local Jacksonville, FL business. Melissa’s finance and marketing background helps to keep an important focus on providing a sound return on your investment.
