In addition to the highly regarded public schools Nocatee residents have available in Ponte Vedra, St. Johns County recently added 2 new K-8 schools; Valley Ridge Academy opened in 2015, and Palm Valley Academy in 2018. In total, Nocatee has reserved land for five elementary schools and one middle school. The goal for this family-friendly neighborhood is that most Nocatee students will have an elementary school within walking or biking distance from their homes.
