Meet Joan

Northeast Florida is a great place to live and work, and that’s why Joan and her family have called it home for over 50 years.

Joan recently joined Palm Valley Realty and brings with her many years of real estate experience, a vast knowledge of the area, and a real talent for matching people with their perfect home.

Joan developed her expertise through the years, initially in the property management field, then later a a residential relocation specialist for Berkshire Hathaway. She has enjoyed working with a diverse group of home buyers and sellers and has built so many lasting relationships based on trust loyalty and integrity. As her stellar reviews attest, Joan treats her clients like members of her own family and prides herself on being able to turn your goals into reality, by always going above and beyond and exceeding all expectations.

When Joan is not providing world-class experience to her buyers and sellers, she enjoys a healthy and active Florida lifestyle: boating on the intracoastal waterway, working out, socializing with friends, and traveling.
Joan is also a pet lover and while she has survived 8 months of pet lessness without her beloved Cavalier Mildred, she is looking to change that and will post the update as soon as congratulations are in order. When her new King Charles Cavalier arrives, and another wagging tail is in the house you will all be the first to know!
